Culinary greatness in a beautiful and colorful little restaurant. Restaurant Vlam in de Pan serves only vegetarian and vegan meals, with lots of biological ingredients. Not expensive due to the self service bar, you pay by the weight. Pity it is only open from Tuesday to Friday due to other activities such as workshops and catering.

Open Tuesday to Friday from 4PM to 9PM.

Love the food, the personal contact, the smallness of the restaurant(last time i was there i sat on a table with two complete strangers, because there are just three tables or so. a nice way to come in contact with new people) and the creative colourful/ warm ambiance.
