My wife and I ate lunch here about 8-10 times during Jan & Feb of 2007. Every meal was good. One of the standard pizzas has tofu and a mix of veggies. You do have to tell them to leave off the cheese. The best is the hoagies; one with portabello mushroom and veggies, another with tempe and veggies. Once we told them we are vegan the staff made suggestions about modifications beyond just omitting cheese. The standard preparation involves grilling everything with garlic butter, but they told us they would prepare our orders with olive oil instead. We noticed that prep time for our order seemed longer than others, so we mentioned it to our waitress. She told us the cook was taking the time to clean off a section of the grill before preparing our meal so there would be no residue of butter. They also have a good hummus, served with pita and , if you ask, they will add some raw veggies. There are also some good salads. The key to getting a good vegan meal here is just to let them know that you are avoiding all meat, eggs and dairy.
