ti worked here, and did a great job, they constantly treated me like a retard are unfair with their wages (my friend worked there for a year and a half has not seen a raise, they gave everyone who stayed there a raise but hi he still gets seven dollars. i got paid 6.85 for waitress work but you are not allowed to accept tips, i would clean get yelled at for making everyonestay later so i could do the correct closing job, then i opened the next morning to the managers closeing job to find nothing was done, including all the things they blamed me for. i told them i needed more hours or a better pay, because i only got three hours a week, and that is not enough to live off of. they did not care, they continued to treat employees poorly and rudley with no respect whatsoever. I was told how horrible of a job i was doing always, and how i vnerever workedI was out back when the food company next door offered more salary to do the job i was doing, but it would be by myself. so i took the job. noodles and co closes at 9 subway closes at 10 i closed suway by m,yself and closed and got out at the same time as noodles. It is pathetic to see that it takes 7 people all working together to do the one person job. My first day i cleaned and closed how i was trained at noodles when they yelled at my work. In the Morning the manager said i was a killer closer, and the HEALTH ADMINISTRATION walked in and did there evaluation, and because of my cleaning they got 99% out of 100, the 1% was a shirt on the back that was not my fault.

Basically Treat people kindly AND APPRECIATE WHAT IS DONE.
