The Vegetarian Society devoloped a recipe booklet with christmas recipes. It is called Saints and Sinners. It contains with recipes aimed at those who want a delicious but low-fat choice, and recips falling into the ‘blow the diet’ category.

Saints and Sinners is available from late October. Pubs can order a free copy by calling the Vegetarian Society on 0161 925 2000.
